Winter's Last Hurrah

Hello friends!

I've decided that if the Oscars ever decided create a division for blogging, and I won, my speech would go something like "I would like to thank the snow for helping me create this blog." Because today we are having yet again another snow day (today is #6 and we're out tomorrow, too!), and I finally have the free time to post! If I'm being completely honest, I would rather be going to school because my school is doing cyber school to avoid more make-up days. Butttt, I got a lot of stuff done today that just needed to be done. Plus a lot of online shopping.

Anyways, I actually went out in the snow today instead of watching Netflix! I don't have any friends that are within "driving in the snow distance", so it's usually just my brothers and me.

Here's my model for the day-my baby brother, Isaac. He was too cool to look at the camera (he's really a sweetie).
I thought these tire marks were cool.
Anyone else see the irony here?

 Just tryin' to be artsy...

Caught mid-jump. I tried this once and was screaming the entire eight seconds.
 The classic bird's-eye view.
Not the greatest pic, but this is the way I prefer snow. Untouched and perfect. I also think snow days are so much better when it's sunny-when it's gloomy I feel like the gray and cold together are suffocating me.
My snow day essentials: Chapstick (obviously), RayBan Aviators (trust me, if you don't wear sunglasses when snows on the ground, you'll have to keep your eyes closed), iPhone 5S (cracked, replaced, and cracked again), and Patagonia hat (I also love beanies with pom poms on the top)
 And here's me!

Just for fun, here's an OOTD.
Hat: Patagonia / Boots: Walmart (Hoping to splurge on Bean Boots soon!) / Leggings: Old Navy / Jacket: Columbia / Scarf: Random / Hat: Patagonia / RayBans: Aviators (don't remember exact number)
Can't forget the braids…those have become a popular snow day trend around here.
And you may be wondering, "Abigail, why are you rolling around in the snow with your jacket unzipped?" Well friends, I received this jacket for Christmas, and unfortunately, the zipper has broken. Insert long rant here.

I hope you all are having a great day, regardless of the weather! Stay tuned for an upcoming post about my Formal last weekend!
